DHL Global Forwarding UAE has an opening for a Cash Management/Data Analytics Specialist where you will implement Treasury plans and processes to effectively manage cash, funding, banking relationships and financial risk, and optimize capital and legal entity structures in line with business objectives, policy, guidelines, regulations, and compliance requirements. In this Cash Management/Data Analytics Specialist position

• You will implement and manage processes and activities related to money supply, investment and asset holdings such as liquidity management, financing and credit management, management of banking relationships, financial controlling, financial risk management, back office, contingent liability management.
• You will execute daily cash management activities in line with internal controls to arrive at accurate and timely cash position.
• You will perform complex processes and activities such as run a tender for banking accounts, calculate daily cash position or liquidity position, etc.
• You will evaluate, analyze and prepare inputs for critical financial decisions and financial policies.
• You will lead and deliver key projects such as stock option plans, acquisitions, etc.
• You will achieve compliance with defined standards and processes.
• You will analyze and resolve complex issues related to processes and activities by adapting standard methods or by practical applications of knowledge.
• You will deliver cross-departmental process improvement projects (e.g. represent own area, collect data, run an analysis).
• You will analyze and recommend changes / improvements for guidelines and processes.
• You will maintain contact and relationships with banks, cash management service providers and other relevant financial institutions.
• You will convince other subject matter experts to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
• You may cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers.
• You will build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL managers.
• You will understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers and key stakeholders.
• You will provide technical guidance to line managers and employees.
• You will be an individual contributor who may manage two or fewer employees.
• You may direct the work of other lower-level professionals or manage processes and programs.
• You will coach, review and delegate work to lower-level professionals.
