What You'll Do

• Process daily transactions for cash management products including inward/outward remittances, deposits, loans, and post-dated cheques
• Ensure all activities are completed accurately and within internal cut-off times and SLA parameters
• Uphold compliance with FAB's internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Support audit and risk control initiatives through timely documentation, reporting, and transaction proofing
• Respond promptly to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external institutions, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Monitor and reconcile suspense and internal accounts as per bank guidelines
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades and operational process improvements
• Maintain secure handling, archival, and retrieval of customer and transaction records

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cash management or operational processing in a banking environment
• Proficiency in transaction processing systems and understanding of remittance workflows
• Strong knowledge of banking standards, reconciliation practices, and compliance requirements
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
