Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hands-on training for new and existing carwash staff
Educate team members on equipment use, chemical handling, and safety procedures
Demonstrate and monitor proper vehicle washing techniques and workflow
Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback
Create and update training manuals, SOPs, and visual aids
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
Support operations team in maintaining site cleanliness and efficiency
Stay up to date with new equipment, products, and best practices
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a carwash environment (trainer or supervisor role preferred)
Strong knowledge of carwash equipment, processes, and chemicals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to train and motivate individuals with varying skill levels
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
