Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Carton Sales Executive

to join our sales team. This role is specifically for candidates with relevant background in the

carton and packaging industry

. The position involves regular field visits to generate new business, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Main Duties:

Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, market visits, and networking within the

carton/packaging sector

. Meet potential customers to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate carton solutions. Deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations. Negotiate pricing, finalize deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong client relationships by providing professional after-sales support. Submit timely sales activity and performance reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the carton or packaging industry in the UAE

(mandatory). Proven track record of outdoor sales and client acquisition. Must hold a

valid UAE driving license.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, under pressure, and achieve defined sales goals.
