MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

We are looking for a versatile and dependable

Multi-Skilled Technician

with strong experience in

carpentry and painting

, and a

willingness to assist in Mould control services

as required. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, solution-oriented, and eager to work in a dynamic environment that includes renovation work and indoor environmental quality services such as mold remediation.

Responsibility and Duties:

Carpentry:

Perform carpentry tasks related to renovation services and preparation for mold remediation works. Dismantle and reinstall wooden fixtures such as false ceilings, wall panels, baseboards, and cabinets to allow access to contaminated or damaged areas. Cut and remove affected wooden or drywall components as required by mold remediation procedures. Construct temporary wooden containment frames or barriers to isolate treatment zones. Repair or replace damaged woodwork including door frames, wooden flooring, and cabinetry after cleaning or remediation. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure carpentry work aligns with service requirements and safety standards. Work with the Mould remediation team as a remediator when required

Painting:

Prepare surfaces (sanding, patching, cleaning) for painting following renovation or repair works. Apply paint, stain, or protective coatings using appropriate tools and techniques. Ensure clean, neat finishing and consistent quality in all painting tasks. Match existing colours and textures when performing touch-up or full-area painting jobs.

Mould control & AC Support:

Support AC technicians & Mould control technicians in cleaning operations by assisting with dismantling units, setting up equipment, and organizing tools. Help maintain a safe and clean work environment, especially when working around sensitive indoor environments. Follow instructions and safety protocols for working around chemicals and disinfection tools.

Demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to customer focus and requirement. Customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, understood, communicated, and consistently met. The risks and opportunities that can affect conformity of services and the ability to enhance customer satisfaction are determined and addressed. The focus on enhancing customer satisfaction is maintained. Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization

QUALITY CONTROL:

Ensure that process is delivering their intended outputs by effectively managing and implementing the process and allocating the resources. Meet services standards in accordance with customer requirement. Ensuring the promotion of customer focus for each service delivery. Regularly conduct and monitor quality control inspections.

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT:

Taking accountability for the effectiveness of the Health, Safety and Environmental management system Ensuring that the QHSE Policy and objectives are communicated, monitored and achieved. That the resources needed for the Health, Safety and Environment are provided and monitored. Directing and supporting team to contribute to the effectiveness of the Health, Safety and Environment management by preventing environment and work-related injury and ill health. Make sure employees are made aware and communicated about potential Hazards and Aspects and associated risks and Impacts.

Desired Candidate Profile:

At least 3 years of Carpenter/Painter experience in UAE Good experience in detail-oriented as Multi-skilled Technician Good knowledge of understanding on customer requirements Good communication in English Language
