We deliver advanced acoustic and thermal glazing for villas, high-rise apartment towers, offices and buildings affected by noise from construction, traffic or the city.

We're looking for skilled window fitters and carpenters to join our team.

About the Role

Sono is seeking a skilled and motivated

Window Fitter / Carpenter

to join our expert installation team. You'll be responsible for fitting premium acoustic windows, doors, and office panels in high-end villas, offices, and residential properties across the UAE.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision, quality craftsmanship, and working within a supportive, high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities

Install high-spec acoustic windows, doors, and partition panels Work on villas, high-rise apartments, commercial offices, and retrofits Collaborate with the site and project team to ensure flawless execution Represent Sono professionally on-site with clients and contractors

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in carpentry orwindow fitting Excellent English (spoken and written) Excellent communication and presentation skills A reliable team player with a strong work ethic and drive to improve Willingness to learn new techniques and grow within the company

Bonus Skills

Rope access or high-rise experience UAE Driving Licence
