Job Summary:
As a Carpenter at Horizontal Productions, you will play a crucial role in the execution of various fit-out projects. You will be responsible for creating and assembling high-quality custom event booths, interpreting design plans, and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of craftsmanship. Experience in fit-out projects and using CNC machines is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Construct, install, and repair structures, furniture, and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and other materials.
Read and interpret technical drawings.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other trades to execute fit-out and fabrication projects.
Operate CNC machines to produce precise components for custom furniture and fixtures.
Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery to complete tasks with precision.
Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to project specifications.
Install frameworks, partitions, doors, and other structural elements in line with project requirements.
Perform quality checks to ensure work meets Horizontal Production's standards and client expectations.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a focus on events and booths projects.
