Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, safety procedures, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: * Construction & Installation: * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements. * Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials (wood, plywood, drywall, etc.) using various hand and power tools.

* Install structures and fixtures such as cabinetry, and molding.

* Renovation & Repair: * Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures. * Perform repair and maintenance work on existing wooden structures. * Handle demolition tasks as needed, safely removing existing structures. * Material Handling & Site Management: * Select and procure lumber and other materials, ensuring quality and proper specifications. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. * Properly store and maintain tools and equipment. * Safety & Compliance: * Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). * Comply with building codes, regulations, and Required Skills & Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role * Solid knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods (e.g., framing, finish carpentry, trim work, cabinetry). * Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments (e.g., saws, drills, sanders, levels, tape measures). * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings
