About the Role:

Years of Experience:

3-5 years in carpentry and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Execute all carpentry maintenance tasks

within apartments and other property units, including doors, windows, cabinets, wooden flooring, and other wooden fixtures. Diagnose and repair wooden damage and faults resulting from daily use or wear and tear. Install and replace damaged or broken wooden components. Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using hand and power tools. Read simple blueprints and technical drawings to accurately complete maintenance work. Ensure high-quality finishes and adhere to technical maintenance standards. Comply with health and safety standards at all times. Collaborate with other maintenance teams (e.g., plumbers, electricians) to ensure comprehensive and swift problem resolution. Submit reports on completed work and materials used.

Qualifications:

Minimum of

3 years of practical experience as a carpenter

, with a focus on

building and property maintenance

. Strong knowledge of various wood types and modern carpentry and maintenance techniques. Proficient in using a wide range of carpentry tools (both hand and power tools). Ability to work independently and organize tasks efficiently. High attention to detail and the ability to complete work with excellent quality. Commitment to meeting deadlines and responding quickly to maintenance requests. Valid UAE residency visa (an advantage).
