To perform cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing of fiberglass and composite materials for various products, using carpentry tools and fiberglass techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and assemble fiberglass parts according to blueprints and specifications.
Prepare molds and surfaces before applying fiberglass.
Apply resin and fiberglass layers using hand lay-up or spray techniques.
Perform sanding, trimming, and finishing of fiberglass products.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized fiberglass equipment safely.
Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
Report any defects or production issues to the supervisor.
