We are looking for a skilled and reliable

Carpenter

to join our pole manufacturing factory. The carpenter will be responsible for preparing and assembling wooden molds, crates, and packing materials used in the production and transportation of lighting poles and steel products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on carpentry experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a factory setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and assemble wooden parts for molds, crates, and support structures. Build and repair wooden packaging used for transporting poles and related materials. Operate carpentry machines, saws, and hand tools safely and accurately. Read and interpret basic drawings and measurements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Ensure all finished work meets quality and safety standards. Collaborate with the production and logistics teams for packaging and dispatching materials. Report material shortages, damages, or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a carpenter (factory or industrial setting preferred). Ability to read simple fabrication drawings and use measuring tools accurately. Skilled in cutting, assembling, and finishing wood materials. Knowledge of carpentry tools, machines, and safety procedures. Physically fit and able to work in a workshop or outdoor environment. Responsible, hardworking, and punctual. Willing to work overtime or shifts if required.
