Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled
Carpenter
to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in joinery and furniture manufacturing, with strong hands-on skills and an eye for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wooden components.
Operate woodworking tools such as saws, routers, drills, and sanders.
Perform fitting, trimming, and detailing of furniture and joinery items.
Ensure the quality, alignment, and finishing of completed work.
Cooperate with supervisors and other team members to meet production targets.
Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter in joinery or furniture manufacturing.
Strong understanding of joinery techniques and woodworking tools.
Ability to work from technical drawings.
Good attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
