Job Description
Carpenter
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Performs all tasks and responsibilities of Carpentry Works.
2. Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywalls, cabinets and other fixtures if required.
3. Proficient in all expects of carpentry, from framing to finishing.
4. Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment's in safe operating condition.
5. Follow all HSE rules, regulations and safety standards.
6. Performs any other functions related to the job scope, which the management deems necessary as designated.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (and/or Other Attributes):
1. High School / Diploma or ITI Trade Certification or equivalent qualification.
2. 3 - 5 years' working experience in a Contracting or Real Estate Company in U.A.E.
3. Skilled in carpentry / joinery works, fabrication, installation of doors, frames, cabinets, wardrobes, false ceiling suspension systems, installation of gypsum drywalls.
4. Familiar with the use of hard/soft wood, laminated wood, veneer, repair works, decorative works.
5. Reasonable facility of Language (English) and communication skills.

Reporting Structure:
1. The incumbent functionally and administratively reports to the Maintenance Manager of the Arenco Real Estate-Long Term
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
