to join our interior design and fit-out team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in furniture making, joinery, and installation of interior works such as doors, cabinets, wall paneling, and decorative elements. The role involves both workshop fabrication and on-site installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.
Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials such as wood, MDF, plywood, laminates, and veneer.
Fabricate and install doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, partitions, wall panels, ceilings, and other interior elements.
Conduct site installations ensuring precision, quality, and alignment with design details.
Repair and maintain existing wooden fixtures as needed.
Work collaboratively with designers, supervisors, and other trades (painters, electricians, etc.) to ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3-5 years preferred) as a Carpenter in interior fit-out or joinery works.
Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
Good understanding of finishing materials (laminates, veneers, paints, etc.).
Physically fit and capable of working at site conditions.
Attention to detail, quality, and precision.
Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
