Job Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications
Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and drywall
Read blueprints, drawings, and technical plans
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or structures
Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
Proven experience as a carpenter in construction or renovation projects
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
Skilled in using carpentry tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and precision
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
Team player with good communication skills
Trade certification or vocational training is a plus
