Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out carpentry repair, maintenance, and installation works for buildings, villas, and facilities. Install, repair, and maintain wooden doors, windows, cabinets, partitions, and furniture. Perform routine inspections to identify repair needs and recommend solutions. Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately using appropriate tools and techniques. Ensure proper finishing, polishing, and painting of wooden surfaces when required. Follow work orders and complete jobs within the specified time. Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness. Assist other maintenance team members in related tasks when necessary. Comply with company safety standards and site regulations. Report completed tasks and material requirements to the supervisor or maintenance engineer.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; trade or technical certificate in carpentry is preferred. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in carpentry, preferably in the

maintenance or facility management industry

. Knowledge of various types of wood, tools, machines, and finishing materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements. Physically fit and capable of handling manual work. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
