Carpenter - Events and Exhibition

Responsibilities

Work with the design team and be able to read drawings

Be able to provide needed material list

Must have good knowledge with materials used in exhibition stands such as MDF, acrylic, stickers, paint etc.

Must be able to build and assemble on site Event and Exhibition Stands

Experienced working with machines and tools required to manufacture events and exhibition stands

Ensure accurate measurements, cutting and fitting of materials to achieve high quality results.

Coordinate and participate in the setting up lighting, electrical wiring, and other technical aspects of the exhibition stands.

Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items and install them where designated.

Preferred but not essential having knowledge /experience in painting

Requirements

Proven experience as a carpenter building Event and Exhibition Stands

Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials

Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction

Excellent spoken and written English

Positive and Friendly manner

Punctual timekeeper

Experience in a similar role
