Job Description
San Juan Engineering is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Carpenter
to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in all aspects of carpentry work, including installation, assembly, and finishing of woodwork for commercial and residential projects.Key Responsibilities:
Perform all types of carpentry work related to interior fit-out projects, including cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing wood structures and fixtures. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Measure, mark, and layout materials according to design plans. Install doors, partitions, cabinets, panels, flooring, ceiling, and other wood or wood substitute materials. Operate hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner. Perform site inspections to ensure quality and accuracy. Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other tradespeople to complete tasks on time. Follow all safety procedures and regulations on-site.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a carpenter in interior fit-out projects. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints. Skilled in using carpentry tools and machinery. Good physical condition and stamina. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of other finishing trades is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
