Job Description

The person will be responsible for the layout, installation, repairing and finishing according to specifications and drawing.

He will work in different jobsite, especially malls and high-end retail spaces, with possibility to have projects in offices, Villas, hotels and residential/commercial/industrial areas.

A successful applicant carpenter is an individual with great manual skills, willingness to learn, humble and hardworking.

He should also have good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry Fitout materials.

The goal is to contribute to the installation and maintenance of strong and long-lasting structures for high-end customers. Responsibilities & Skills.

Taking measurements and verify that all products will be installed correctly, report any incongruences and provide some solution on site Knowledge in Joinery, Interior Decoration and Fitout works

Take proper care of the finished materials on site, stock them properly and protect them against any damage Install window frames, doors, staircases and frame by using pre-constructed items. Lay out floorings, partitions, ensuring they are following the drawings and instructions of Site Manager/Foreman install where designated Able to inspect places, perform site survey and conduct repairs or maintenance, when required Strong Hands-on experience in working with most of the carpentry materials with ability to operate electrical and manual equipment as well as well as measurement tools

Follow directions of the Engineer as well as the Site Manager

Follow the schedule assigned and all security and compliance requirements (health and safety protocol and local building codes)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
