We are currently seeking experienced and meticulous

Carpenters

to join our construction team as part of the

Mapa Limak Construction LLC

. This role is vital in the construction and maintenance of wooden structures and fixtures that support various civil and infrastructure works within one of Dubai's landmark metro projects.

As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for precision-driven woodwork, formwork, and structural fittings to support reinforced concrete works and architectural elements across different phases of the project.

Responsibilities:

Interpret blueprints, technical plans, and shop drawings to determine dimensions and construction requirements. Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials using appropriate hand and power tools. Build and install formworks, partitions, scaffolds, doors, and other structural or decorative elements. Inspect, repair, or replace existing frameworks and structures to maintain construction integrity. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and site protocols. Collaborate with engineers, formwork teams, steel fixers, and other trades to ensure project flow and integration. Maintain tools and equipment in proper condition and report any issues to site supervisors. Operate with high attention to accuracy, finish quality, and structural soundness.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of carpentry experience in infrastructure or building construction projects. Skilled in the use of carpentry hand tools, cutting machinery, and formwork systems. Familiarity with concrete formwork systems (e.g., Doka, Peri) is a strong advantage. High attention to detail and understanding of structural alignment, levels, and tolerances. Good physical fitness and ability to work under variable site conditions. Team-oriented with effective communication skills and safety awareness. High school diploma or relevant technical certification is preferred. Previous experience in the UAE or Gulf region is a plus.
