Job Description

We are looking for skilled carpenters to join our furniture manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have the ability to handle all types of machinery and tools required for carpentry and furniture production.

Key Responsibilities

:

Manufacture, assemble, and finish wooden and engineered wood furniture as per design specifications. Read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Operate and maintain all carpentry-related machinery and hand tools efficiently and safely. Carry out cutting, shaping, assembling, and installation of furniture components. Perform surface preparation, polishing, and finishing work. Ensure quality control at every stage of production. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks on schedule. Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow all safety standards.

Requirements

:

Hands-on experience in carpentry, preferably in furniture manufacturing. Capability to operate all machinery and tools required for furniture production (e.g., panel saw, edge bander, sanding machines, etc.). Ability to read and follow design drawings and measurements accurately. Good understanding of different types of wood, boards, laminates, veneers, and hardware fittings. Attention to detail, workmanship, and finishing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical fitness to handle work involving lifting, standing, and bending.
