We are looking for a

skilled Carpenter

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in woodworking, furniture assembly, and installation tasks. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our clients' spaces with precision and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out all carpentry work related to furniture, doors, windows, partitions, and gypsum ceiling works. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of wooden fixtures in buildings, apartments, and common areas. Inspect and repair damage to wood structures and surfaces, including door frames, cabinets, wardrobes, and flooring. Install locks, hinges, handles, skirting boards, wall panels, shelves, and other wooden accessories. Assist in setting up work areas and cleaning up after tasks are completed. Coordinate with the Helpdesk and Supervisors for daily tasks and urgent maintenance requests. Ensure timely completion of assigned work in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Technical Certificate in Carpentry or Building Maintenance. Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience in facility management, property maintenance, or construction field. Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings or work instructions. Skilled in using power and hand tools safely and efficiently. Basic understanding of building codes and safety procedures. Ability to work both independently and in a team under pressure and within deadlines. Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
