Job Description
we are looking for a Carpenter cum Painter who can contribute towards profitability, ensuring the service ability of repair, maintain, prepare, paint and polish all joinery, wood work, furniture and other facility in order to accomplish the highest standards of operating conditions at all times. Job Responsibilities
- Determines method and sequence of work operation, quality and size of raw stock and hardware necessary to complete the assignment.
- Repairs furniture, doors windows, tables and cabinets. May also construct, assemble and install permanent structures, office partitions, door, cornices and counters, panels, walls and ceilings. Lays out and constructs forms, shuttering for new structures.
- Returns notification of job completed to his seniors, time taken, materials used to complete the assigned job.
- Should have a thorough knowledge of various paints, oils and polishes.
- Dispose paint tins, drums, etc which are combustible in a safe manner.
- Inspect public areas regularly and keeps the surroundings presentable always.
- Covers the area prior to commence the work and keeps presentable caution sign board around the areas.
- Ensure the area is clean after the completion of the job.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- UAE driving License (Preferred)
