Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Carpenter

to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and/or commercial carpentry, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.

Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and install framing, drywall, doors, and finish work Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized job site Adhere to all safety protocols

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience Proficient with carpentry tools and materials Ability to read construction plans Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license preferred

2. Electrician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a licensed

Electrician

to perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in NEC codes and capable of troubleshooting electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems including wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting Read blueprints and technical diagrams Inspect electrical components and ensure code compliance Diagnose electrical problems using appropriate tools Ensure safety and quality standards are met

Requirements:

Valid electrician's license (Journeyman or Master level) 3+ years of electrical experience Knowledge of local and national electrical codes Strong attention to detail and safety procedures Ability to work independently and with a team
