The Carpenter will carry out corrective and reactive maintenance and handyman services. This will include refurbishments, PPMs and Reactive Work. The Carpenter is also expected to keep records of all work completed as well as carry out risk assessments before each given task.
Responsibilities
Woodwork, able to make smooth clean products, with different types of joining methods.
- Gypsum Work and installing or repairing access panels.
- Repairing/replacement furniture, door, windows, locks etc.
- Repair/replacement of aluminum doors, windows etc.
- Wood varnishing and polishing.
- Furniture assembly.
- Responding to reactive call out requests.
- Ensuring quality of Finishing.
- Complete all associated paperwork.
- Possesses deep knowledge of Carpentry techniques and materials
- Operational experience is essential.
- GCC FM Experience MUST (Min 3 Years)
- Basic communication skills in English and languages from the Asian Sub-Continent is preferable.
- Preferably worked at High end properties.
- Age 45 years or less.
- Education 10th Pass.
