Accurately take orders.
Ensure all food and drink meet company standards.
Deliver food to guests who remain in their vehicles for their meals.
Process credit card payments.
Provide excellent customer service throughout a guest's meal.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Passion for food and providing outstanding customer service.
