Job Description
We are looking for a graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in Airline/Aviation logistics experience. Preference to candidate available in UAE/GCC Core Job Responsibilities:
- Customs & SEZ formalities processing for inbound & outbound shipments
- Record keeping of BOEs for all shipments in/out
- Coordinates with Government Authorities such as Customs, Security/Police
- Preparing customs clearance documents and clearing shipment from customs
- Check and ensure the goods if it is ready for carriage and has all the necessary documents
- Liaise with Warehouse Staff for usage of Appropriate equipment and manpower in handling, weighing, storage and collection of Charges.
- Packing of units marking and labelling packages for dispatches and to prepare related documents. Preparing DGR declaration, IDG and NOTOC
- Updates the flight handling system and other data entry requirements for the logistics section
- Cargo Airline experience is mandatory
- UAE Driving License is required
- DWC experience is preferred
