Job Description

Jop Duties & Responsibilities:

-Undertake the inspection/test service in accordance with the instructions given to him in accordance with the quality documentation of company, in accordance with national and international standard methods referring to company procedures, rules and principles and technical specifications of the product subject to inspection,

-Arrive at inspection sites on time and prepared to perform required tasks.

-Perform sampling, qualitative and quantitative assessments / inspection in accordance with TUV AUSTRIA procedures and instructions.

-Take photographs and other documentation as required to support inspection findings.

-Keep accurate records of all inspections and sample collections.

-Delivery of samples to the laboratory on behalf of TUV AUSTRIA when required

-Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless inspection processes.

-Report any non-conformities or issues encountered during inspections to the appropriate personnel.

-Prepare detailed reports and documentation of inspection findings.

-Communicate inspection results to Operation Coordinator/Operation Supervisor

-Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify areas for improvement.

-Ensure all inspection equipment (if using) is calibrated and maintained properly.

-Follow TUV AUSTRIA's protocol for labelling, sealing and bagging during sampling process

-Follow safety protocols and guidelines during inspections.

Qualification & Experience & Skills:

-Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Cargo Inspection

-Have a basic understanding of the Testing, Inspection, and Certification industry

-Solid understanding of industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements relevant to cargo inspection.

-Have basic knowledge of EN ISO/IEC 17020,17065 etc. is a plus.

-Proficient in using computer systems, including knowledge of Microsoft Office

-Ability to travel to various inspection sites as required.

-Adapt to flexible working hours

-Proficiency in English is essential for documentation, reporting, and effective communication.

-At least a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.

-Strong organizational skills

-Attention to detail

-Valid UAE driving license
