Best DOC Home Healthcare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Caregivers to provide compassionate care and support for elderly patients at home. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a safe and caring environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist elderly patients with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and toileting. Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation. Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. Assist with meals, feeding, and maintaining hydration. Follow care plans and instructions from nurses or doctors. Keep accurate records of care provided. Ensure patient dignity, respect, and safety at all times.

Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) qualification or equivalent. Previous experience in elderly care or home healthcare preferred. Proficiency in English; ability to speak Tagalog is a strong benefit. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. Physically capable of assisting patients with mobility and personal care.
