We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide dedicated care to elderly patients in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience handling patients with complex medical needs, including but not limited to PEG tubes, tracheostomy care, hypertension, and diabetes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily personal care assistance to elderly patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
Administer medications as prescribed and ensure patient safety at all times.
Assist with specialized medical needs, including handling PEG tubes, tracheostomy care, and managing conditions such as hypertension and diabetes.
Monitor patients' health and report any changes to the medical team or family members.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide emotional and mental support.
Follow the care plan provided by healthcare professionals and adapt as necessary.
Requirements:
Experience
: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a caregiver, specifically in elderly care.
Certifications
:
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certificate.
Caregiving Certification.
Skills
:
Experience with patients requiring specialized care (PEG tubes, tracheostomy, hypertension, diabetes).
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Compassionate and patient with excellent problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary
: AED 2800 - 3800 per month plus overtime depending on experience and qualifications.
