Caregivers
to join our growing team. The role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in homecare settings across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility support, etc.).
Check and record patient vitals (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, etc.) as required.
Maintain accurate patient care records and report changes to the nursing/medical team.
Monitor and support patients' physical and emotional wellbeing.
Assist with medication reminders as instructed by healthcare professionals.
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
Adapt to patient-specific needs, including specialized care instructions.
Flexibility to stay-in with patients may be required depending on the patient's condition and family requirements.
Requirements
Previous experience as a caregiver, healthcare assistant, or in a similar patient care role (homecare/hospital/clinic).
Ability to check basic vitals and maintain patient records.
Compassionate, patient, and caring personality.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, or stay-in arrangements when required.
Relevant certification in caregiving, nursing assistance, or healthcare support (preferred).
