Providing parents with daily reports on the infant's intake, elimination, and other activities, and contacting them as needed.
Skills and qualifications
Nurturing personality:
Patience, compassion, and a caring attitude are crucial for nurturing and monitoring infants.
Physical requirements:
Ability to lift and carry infants, as well as stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Emergency preparedness:
Certification in Infant and Child CPR and First Aid is often required or preferred.
Communication:
Ability to communicate effectively with both infants and parents.

Maintaining a professional attitude and respecting family privacy is essential
