Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide mobility support, including transfers, ambulation, and fall prevention.
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring dietary needs.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Offer companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
Remind clients to take medication as directed (no administration unless allowed by state regulations).
Report changes in clients' condition to supervisors promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required.
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
