Job Description

Dynamic and detail-oriented professional focusing on team development, training needs analysis (TNA), and regulatory compliance. This position will be responsible for identifying skill gaps, allocating work efficiently, customizing learning and development programs, and ensuring compliance with all internal and external guidelines.

To support the continuous development and performance of team members by providing structured coaching, monitoring attendance, guiding operational excellence, and delivering actionable feedback. This role ensures that all staff are aligned with company standards, performance goals, and best practices through effective training and mentoring.

Attendance Management:



Maintain accurate attendance records for all employees using internal systems. Ensure timely reporting and resolution of attendance discrepancies. Coordinate with HR on absenteeism trends or disciplinary issues.

Work Allocation:



Assist in planning and distributing work assignments effectively within teams. Monitor work performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and team collaboration. Champion a culture of excellence by embedding quality standards into daily operations and promoting consistency in service delivery.

Team Development & TNA:



Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and development areas across teams. Design and implement team development strategies that align with organizational goals. Collaborate with team to assess performance and recommend growth-oriented initiatives. Create and promote growth opportunities such as mentoring, cross-training, and job rotation programs. Support succession planning and career development frameworks.

Learning & Development:



Customize and deliver training programs based on identified needs. Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and continuously improve content. Submit weekly performance updates and coaching effectiveness reports.

Regulatory Compliance:



Ensure compliance with all internal HR policies and external Labor Law regulations. Prepare documentation and reports for audits and inspections as needed.

Performance Monitoring:



Track and analyze KPIs, call quality, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics. Provide timely reports to management on team and individual performance. Recognize top performers and recommend underperformers for additional training.

Communication & Motivation:



Serve as a bridge between staff and management, communicating expectations and goals. Foster a positive team culture focused on growth and accountability. Lead by example and maintain high personal performance standards.

Reporting & Documentation:



Maintain detailed coaching logs and attendance records. Submit weekly performance updates and coaching effectiveness reports. Recommend changes to training programs based on performance analysis.

Other Administrative Support:



Provide support in recruitment and onboarding to HR. Any other task assignment by the management.

Qualifications & Skills required:



Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred) Proven experience in a related role with 2-3 years Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) HR platforms Language Skills: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) Valid UAE driving license Strong communication and interpersonal skills
