Job Description
Job Summary :
Provide technical support to field salesmen, paint mixers and customers.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Visit customers as technical support to field salesman for troubleshooting in industrial/commercial garages.
2. Train the customers on Nexa Auto color field and sales staff for shade matching and other paint-related job skills.
3. Receive orders from customers, mix/tint paint, and make/ arrange deliveries.
4. Prepare invoices, collect payments from the customers, remit with the cashier, and collect cash receipts.
5. Provide assistance to Senior Supervisor, Paint Technical, and Sales for In-house/affiliate Body and Paint Shops.
6. Initiate tinting for shade-matching purposes.
7. Supervise mixing room jobs in order to meet the daily requirements of customers.
8. Contact major fleet customers/dealers, vehicle importers, and denting/painting garages.
9. Collect market information about competitors\' activities.
10. Provide assistance to the Management to maximize market share and profit margins.
11. Negotiate with the customers on the price up to the approval limit.
