Job Summary/Purpose
A Lawyer draws up legal documents and advise the Management on legal transactions.
Job Responsibilities
1. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, MOUs, NDAs, Distribution Agreements, Agency Agreements, etc. 2. Review the local and overseas agreements / contracts on a regular basis. 3. Identify and coordinate legal advice for issues such as data privacy, ethics and compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, property laws, etc. 4. Design and implement policies pertaining to a variety of regulations, including, but not limited to Fraud, Abuse and Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Bribery 5. Partner closely with other Legal team members to provide efficient and integrated legal advice to Business Units. 6. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other departments in order to develop and refine regulatory and legal contract terms and implement various corporate policies, initiatives and programs. 7. Conduct labor investigations with non-Arabic speaking employees and counsel the employees/managers on issues leading to legal implications. 8. Conduct legal research, use of statutes, codes and other legal resources, extract and utilize information from statutes, court decision, legal documents, policies and related records.
