Job Description
Taafi Nursing Services is seeking a highly experienced (Care Services Director) to lead the establishment, development, and expansion of our Private Nursing Services (PNS) operations in Qatar.
This is a key strategic leadership position responsible for building the service from the ground up, driving business growth, and ensuring high-quality, compliant care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
establishment and operational setup
of Private Nursing Services (PNS) in Qatar Develop and implementbusiness plans, service models, and growth strategies
Overseecare services operations
, including staffing, scheduling, and service delivery Leadproject planning
, timelines, and execution for new service launches Ensure full compliance withlocal regulations and authorities
(DHP, Ministry of Public Health, MOL, etc.) Build and manage relationships withclients, hospitals, insurers, and stakeholders
Contribute torecruitment, training, and performance management
of nursing and caregiver teams Monitor service quality, KPIs, and client satisfaction Support budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiencyCandidate Requirements
Proven experience in
Private Nursing Services (PNS)
or home healthcarewithin Qatar
Demonstrated success inestablishing or expanding a healthcare or care services business locally
Strong background inbusiness development, operations, and project planning
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong understanding oflocal healthcare regulations and market dynamics
Ability to work independently and drive results in a start-up / growth environment Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skillsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
