Job Description
We are looking for a Cardiovascular Perfusionist to join our team and assist our Surgeons during open-heart surgery.
Cardiovascular Perfusionist responsibilities include setting up the necessary machines before surgery, monitoring the circulation of patient blood during surgery, and administering medication as needed.
: To provide an honest, competent and accountable service as a Professional Perfusionist Perfusionists conduct extracorporeal circulation (Operate Heart Lung Machine) and ensure the safe management of Physiological Functions by monitoring and adjusting necessary variables Perfusionists are responsible for Myocardial Preservation Techniques and Trained in the administration of blood products, anesthetic agents and drugs through the extracorporeal circuit Analyze and Discuss the Blood Gas Reports with Surgeons and Anesthesiologists and do the necessary variables
Requirements: Graduate in Science (BSc) Post Graduate Diploma in Perfusion Technology ISECT Current license Minimum 3 years experience of practice in the field of Clinical Perfusionist
