Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Specialist Cardiologist

to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate must hold a

valid DOH license

and be fluent in Arabic to effectively communicate with patients and their families. The Specialist Cardiologist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with cardiovascular diseases while ensuring the highest standards of medical care.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage patients with cardiovascular diseases, including heart disease, hypertension, arrhythmias, and vascular disorders. Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as echocardiograms, ECGs, stress tests, and cardiac catheterizations. Develop personalized treatment and management plans for patients. Provide preventive care and lifestyle recommendations to patients at risk of cardiovascular conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, radiologists, and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Counsel patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care in

Arabic and English

. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with DOH and organizational standards. Stay updated on the latest advancements in cardiology treatments, techniques, and technologies. Participate in clinical audits, training, and continuous professional development programs.

Requirements:

Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Cardiology. Valid

DOH (Department of Health - Abu Dhabi) License

to practice as a Specialist Cardiologist. Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of cardiovascular diseases. Fluency in

Arabic

(mandatory) and English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Subspecialty training (e.g., interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, heart failure management). Previous experience working in the UAE or GCC healthcare sector. Familiarity with DOH standards and healthcare regulations.
