On My Way, an innovative mobile car wash app in UAE, is looking for energetic and reliable Car Washers with motorcycles to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality car wash services directly to our clients at their location. Key Responsibilities: Mobile Service Delivery: Travel to client locations to provide car wash services using a company-provided motorcycle. Quality Car Wash Services: Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles according to company standards. Customer Interaction: Greet customers professionally and handle any inquiries or requests they may have. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and manage car wash equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition. Time Management: Adhere to scheduled appointments and manage time effectively to maximize the number of daily services. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the supervisor on customer interactions and potential areas for service improvement. Requirements:
- License: Valid UAE motorcycle driving license.
- Experience: Prior experience in car washing preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical: Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors.
- Languages: Basic proficiency in English.
- Punctual and reliable.
