Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Car Wash Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service while ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to a high standard. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating washing equipment, maintaining cleanliness of the premises, and delivering a friendly, professional experience to all customers. Previous experience in janitorial services or customer service is advantageous, and a valid driving licence is preferred. This position offers paid employment and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Operate car washing and detailing equipment efficiently and safely to deliver quality results Assist customers with their vehicle needs, providing friendly and professional service Maintain the cleanliness of the car wash bay, waiting area, and surrounding premises Ensure vehicles are handled with care during washing and drying processes Manage cash register operations and process payments accurately Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a secure working environment Support with minor maintenance tasks as required to keep equipment in good working order

Requirements

Valid driving licence is preferred; ability to manoeuvre vehicles safely within the premises Previous experience in janitorial services or customer service roles is desirable Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Good organisational skills with attention to detail in cleaning tasks Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends if necessary Willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols at all times
