Job Purpose
The
Car Washer
plays a key role in maintaining the presentation and condition of high-end luxury and performance vehicles. This position involves cleaning, detailing, and polishing both interior and exterior surfaces to meet the uncompromising quality standards of F1RST MOTORS.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vehicle Cleaning & Detailing
Wash and clean the exterior of vehicles using appropriate tools and cleaning products.
Vacuum carpets, seats, and trunk areas to remove dust and debris.
Clean and polish glass surfaces, trims, and mirrors for a spotless appearance.
Apply
soap, polish, and wax
as required to maintain paint shine and protection.
2. Interior Detailing
Wipe down dashboards, consoles, and leather surfaces using approved cleaning materials.
Treat upholstery and ensure all interior components are free from stains or marks.
Use air compressors or detailing tools to clean hard-to-reach areas.
3. Inspection and Quality Control
Inspect each vehicle thoroughly after washing to ensure
no water marks, streaks, or residues
remain.
Report any vehicle damage, scratches, or irregularities noticed during cleaning to the Supervisor.
Maintain consistency with
F1RST MOTORS' detailing standards
for luxury vehicles.
4. Equipment and Work Area Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the
washing bay and detailing area
.
Ensure tools, pressure washers, vacuums, and polishing equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
Follow all company procedures and
safety guidelines
for handling chemicals and equipment.
5. Teamwork and Efficiency
Coordinate with workshop and delivery teams to ensure vehicles are ready on schedule.
Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning targets without compromising on quality.
Support fellow team members in achieving overall operational excellence.
