Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at our company, a leading mobile car wash service. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Supervise daily car wash operations, including staff scheduling, equipment maintenance, and inventory management. Quality Control: Ensure all car wash services meet company standards. Regularly inspect vehicles post-service for quality assurance. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of car wash technicians to deliver exceptional service. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Reporting: Maintain accurate records and report on operational performance, challenges, and achievements. Innovation and Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in processes and customer service strategies. Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the automotive or car wash industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or management is a plus.
- Technical: Proficiency in using mobile applications and basic office software.
- Languages: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
