Valet Driver

to join a Semi Govt company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and will be responsible for greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and ensuring a safe and efficient parking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude as they arrive at the hotel, restaurant, or venue. Park guests' vehicles in a safe and organized manner, ensuring that the parking area is well-maintained. Retrieve and return vehicles promptly upon request, ensuring the guest's vehicle is in the same condition it was handed over. Provide guests with directions, information about the venue, or other services available on the premises. Ensure vehicles are parked according to parking regulations and within designated areas. Handle car keys and vehicle documents securely. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times. Assist with any special requests or additional services as needed. Report any incidents, accidents, or damages immediately to the supervisor or manager. Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient valet operation. Adhere to all safety and traffic rules while operating vehicles. Monitor parking lot areas to ensure that no unauthorized vehicles are parked.

Requirements:

Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record. Previous valet or driving experience is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of local traffic rules and road conditions in the UAE. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the job, including standing for long periods, walking, and lifting. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent.
