Job Description

We are looking for a Limousine/Car Dispatcher Coordinator who will be the main interface of the company and will be in charge of receiving all customer inquiries (calls / WhatsApp) and then assigning rides to drivers using Google Calendar, Google Maps, and WhatsApp. This role is very demanding in terms of hours (you might receive emergency calls 24x7). Daily Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receiving inquiries from customers (mostly via WhatsApp, but sometimes via phone calls) and acting as the single point of contact for all customer-related inquiries.

• Organizing the schedule of rides using Google Calendar and Google Docs (Excel) tracker to fit in as many rides as possible in a day for each driver.

• Calculating distances on Google Maps to make sure each driver's schedule is efficient, and determine trip costs based on distance

• Assigning rides to the fleet of drivers using Google Calendar (sometimes WhatsApp)

• Creating online payment links, sharing them with customers, tracking payment collection status, and updating the tracker accordingly

• Handling all customer-related interactions (complaints, rescheduling, cancelations, updating them about any delays or changes, asking for their location and pet details and vaccine cards...etc.)

• Manage all communication with drivers, assigning rides, managing days off roaster and sick leaves...etc.

Requirements:

• Familiar with Dubai roads

• Outstanding verbal/written communication and customer service skills in English.

• Excellent data entry skills with high levels of accuracy (will be using excel daily)

• Demonstrated ability to manage stressful, time-sensitive situations and a problem-solver and multi-tasker

• Basic technology tools skills (Excel, Google Calendar, Google Maps)
