Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day garage operations.
Supervise technicians and ensure proper workflow.
Diagnose and provide solutions for German car issues.
Handle job allocations, spare parts ordering, and workshop management.
Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Monitor quality control and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
Requirements:
Currently based in the UAE.
Minimum
3 years of proven UAE experience
in a car garage (German cars only).
Strong knowledge of German automotive brands and repair techniques.
Excellent management and communication skills.
Ability to lead a team effectively.
