Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Car Polishing Specialist

to join our automotive detailing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in polishing and paint correction, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for making vehicles look their best. You will be responsible for restoring vehicle paintwork, removing scratches and swirl marks, and delivering a high-gloss finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform machine and hand polishing on a variety of vehicles to enhance the paintwork. Conduct multi-stage paint correction and enhancement procedures. Remove swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, and other imperfections from vehicle surfaces. Apply protective coatings such as wax, sealants, and ceramic coatings (if required). Inspect vehicle surfaces and paintwork before and after polishing to ensure quality. Maintain cleanliness and safety of polishing area and equipment. Handle polishing tools, compounds, pads, and other detailing products properly. Collaborate with other detailing staff for full car detailing services (interior/exterior). Advise customers on aftercare for polished vehicles when necessary. Follow company procedures for quality control and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive polishing or detailing (2-3 years preferred). Familiarity with polishing machines (rotary, DA polishers), pads, and compounds. Knowledge of paint types, clear coats, and automotive finishes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to stand, bend, and work for extended periods. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Auto Detailing or Paint Correction (optional but beneficial). Experience with ceramic coating application. Familiarity with high-end or luxury vehicles.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
