Key Responsibilities:
Perform full exterior and interior detailing services on vehicles
Paint polishing and correction using machine polishers
Apply wax, sealants, or ceramic coatings
Clean and treat leather, fabric, and vinyl surfaces
Wash and decontaminate vehicle surfaces (prepping, clay bar, etc.)
Clean wheels, tires, engine bay, and undercarriage
Identify paint defects and apply solutions appropriately
Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
Follow safety and company guidelines at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive detailing and polishing
Knowledge of detailing tools, chemicals, and techniques
Ability to operate polishing machines (rotary and dual action)
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Physically fit and able to stand or bend for long hours
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Honest, punctual, and customer-focused
