Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform polishing, buffing, and waxing on vehicles after washing or painting. Remove light scratches, oxidation, and surface defects using appropriate tools and materials. Inspect paint surfaces to identify imperfections and determine required treatment. Apply polishing compounds, waxes, and protective coatings as instructed. Maintain polishing machines, pads, and other detailing equipment. Ensure consistent high-quality finish on all vehicles. Follow proper safety and handling procedures for chemicals and tools. Work closely with washing and detailing teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the polishing area.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in vehicle polishing or detailing (automotive service center experience preferred). Knowledge of various polishing techniques, tools, and products. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision. Basic understanding of paint types and surface care.
