Key Responsibilities:
Perform paint repairs, smart repairs, and surface refinishing on vehicles.
Familiar with all new equipment and tools for smart repair, for all types of vehicles
Mix paint to match the vehicle's original color using modern color-matching technology.
Repair scratches, dents, and minor damages with precision and quality.
Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, priming, and masking.
Apply base coats, clear coats, and final finishes with attention to detail.
Maintain clean and organized workspaces, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
Conduct quality checks to guarantee a perfect finish.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in car painting or automotive refinishing is preferred.
Minimum of
3 years of experience
in automotive painting and smart repair.
Strong knowledge of color mixing, surface preparation, and paint application.
Attention to detail and precision in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Must have worked previously worked in a well know workshop or garage specialised in spart repair
Valid UAE driver's license is a plus.
